(鄭州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,鄭州450002)[摘要] 通過對不同尺寸、不同約束條件的混凝土多孔磚砌體在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)和自然養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境中干燥收縮性能的研究,分析了環(huán)境溫度、相對濕度、齡期及高度對混凝土多孔磚砌體收縮變形的影響,并提出了考慮這些因素的無約束混凝土多孔磚砌體自由干燥收縮變形估算公式。研究結(jié)果可為混凝土多孔磚墻體控制干燥收縮裂縫提供依據(jù)。

(School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: Based on the test results for the dry shrinkage deformation of concrete perforated brick masonry with different sizes and different restricting conditions cured in the standard environment and the natural environment within 108 days, the main factors affecting the dry shrinkage deformation such as the ambient temperature, the relative humidity, the curing ages, the height and the restricting condition are discussed and analyzed. The formulas which estimated the free dry shrinkage deformation of concrete perforated brick masonry without restricting are suggested, and this may be as a reference for controlling the dry shrinkage cracks ofconcrete perforated brick masonry.
