(華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 普通混凝土小型空心砌塊砌體由于其水平抗剪能力較差,一直阻礙其推廣。通過(guò)在砌塊中設(shè)置T形銷(xiāo)鍵,可以很好地解決上述問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)75個(gè)連鎖式混凝土小型空心砌塊砌體與普通混凝土小型空心砌塊砌體在5種不同豎向力下抗剪承載力和變形能力的試驗(yàn)研究,證明設(shè)置T形銷(xiāo)鍵的連鎖式砌體確實(shí)可以有效改善砌體的抗剪能力和變形能力,從而能夠提高砌體建筑的抗震性能,具有廣泛的推廣價(jià)值,是替代粘土磚的新型墻體材料。

(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: Common small-sized hollow concrete block masonry is limited for its application due to its weak capability of shear strength. Putting a small T shape concrete bolt into the hole of the block, can solve the problem effectively. To study the properties of shear strength and deformation, five different axial loads experiment was carried out to compare 75 chained small-sized hollow concrete block masonries and 75 common small-sized hollow concrete block masonries. The result shows the T shape concrete bolt can greatly increase the shear capability of the masonry and enlarge the relative displacement between up and down blocks. Furthermore, it can improve the seismic capability ofthe masonry wall. In all, chained small-sized hollow concrete block is a new wall material to replace clay brick in building market and has good values to be promoted.
