(常州市規(guī)劃設(shè)計院,常州213003)[摘要] 對于筏板天然地基,如果相鄰車庫開挖較深,可在筏板邊緣設(shè)置托換式擋土墻處理。即通過剛性墻體把筏底壓力直接托換至墻底地基土,同時支擋側(cè)向水土壓力。其中,墻項截面抗彎強度與墻底抗滑移穩(wěn)定性是工程驗算重點。給出了截面寬度與基底高差、筏底壓力的關(guān)系圖表,工程應(yīng)用十分便捷。

(ChangZhou City Planning and Design Institute, Changzhou 213003, China)Abstract: The lift-transfer retaining wall can be set up in the brink of the raft foundation, of which the adjacent garage foundation is deeper on the natural subgrade. The pressure of the raft foundation is transmitted directly to the subgrade through the rigid wall which can also retain the lateral pressure of water and soil. In the project, the major checking points are the top section flexural strength and the bottom anti-slip stability of the wall. It can be used very convenience in engineering programs with chart of the relationslup between the bottom pressure of raft, the section width of retaining wall and the value of foundation elevation difference given in this paper.
