[提要]常熟華府世家工程是一棟高層建筑,由于在轉換梁的布置中有多次梁抬墻的情況,采用整體性好的箱形轉換結構。對箱形轉換層及其上下若干樓層的受力進行了計算,根據(jù)計算結果對箱形轉換層進行結構設計。計算結果表明,采用箱形轉換層提高了結構的整體性和抗震性能,結構的變形滿足規(guī)范要求。對箱形轉換結構的設計和施工中要注意的問題進行了探討。

Structural Design of Tall Residential Building with Transferring Box Beam/Jia Feng(Jiangsu Institute of Civil Architecture Co.,Ltd.,Nanjing 210029,China)
Abstract:The Huafu Shijia engineering in Changshou is a highrise building.Because the walls above beams are inevitable in the arragement of transferring beams,the transferring box layer is adopted for its good intensity.It is calculated the transferring layer and its adjacent layers,and the structure is designed based on the calculation results.The results show that the box transferring layer improves the intensity and seismic performance of structure and structural deformation meets the design code.Some problems in the design and construction are discussed.
