（深圳市同濟(jì)人建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，深圳518057）[摘要]《建筑地基處理技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ79-2002，J220-2002)對經(jīng)過地基處理后的地基承載力修正值如何計(jì)算，僅有較原則性的定義并無詳細(xì)的條文說明，實(shí)際工程中存在各種不同的地質(zhì)情況及理解，也產(chǎn)生不同的結(jié)果，對基礎(chǔ)部分造價(jià)產(chǎn)生較大影響。通過一個(gè)工程實(shí)例對此進(jìn)行分析，得出了一些結(jié)論，供探討研究。

So there is different understandings and results on it, and it has big effect on the cost of foundation. Based on an actual project, this article makes a discussion aboutit.
