[摘要] 針對武漢康橋小區(qū)場區(qū)內(nèi)復雜的地質(zhì)條件,采取同一結(jié)構(gòu)單元中端承樁和端承摩擦樁共同受力的樁基礎(chǔ)方案。以正常使用荷載(即單樁承載力特征值)作用下樁基沉降變形相等為原則確定單樁承載力特征值并完成樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計。連續(xù)的沉降觀測結(jié)果表明,建筑物整體沉降均勻,符合國家規(guī)范要求。本工程的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計思路和方法可為同類復雜地質(zhì)條件下的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計提供有益的參考。

    Foundation design based on deformation control

Abstract: According to the complicated geological conditions in Kangqiao Courtyard in Wuhan, it introduces a formula of pile foundation by joint load carrying in both end bearing pile and end bearing friction pile in the same structural block. The principle to determine the eigenvalue of bearing capacity of single pile and accomplish the foundation design is that, the settlements in different pile foundation by the action of the regular service load (called eigenvalue of bearing capacity of single pile) are equal. The observation result of continuous settlement indicates that there is a uniform settlement across the whole construction, and it can meet the national code demand. The idea and method of the foundation design in this project are helpful to be referenced by similar foundation design in complicated geological conditions.
