[摘要] 某高層辦公樓群地處福建龍巖石灰?guī)r溶地區(qū),土層變化比較復(fù)雜,存在溶洞、土洞和土巖臨空面等不良地質(zhì)作用。針對(duì)本工程情況,本文比較了CFG樁地基處理、樁筏基礎(chǔ)和沖孔灌注樁等基礎(chǔ)型式,綜合考慮技術(shù)可能及造價(jià)工期等因素,選擇了沖孔灌注樁,并討論了沖孔灌注樁在施工過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)及解決辦法。

High-buildings foundation designin karst region

Abstract: The high-buildings lie in karst region in Fujian Province. The ground condition is complex, where karst cave and hole in soil exist. Based on this project, comparison on CFG pile composite foundation, pile & raft foundation and punch pile foundation is made. Considering technique, cost and time of construction, punch pile foundation is choosed. Difficulty and solution in construction is discussed
