拱形氣肋承載力分析與試驗*

[摘要] 先從理論方面對氣肋在充氣后的應力進行了分析,然后利用力學理論分析了高壓、低壓氣肋的承載力,得到了不同跨度、不同氣壓、不同半徑的拱形氣肋三點加載時的豎向承載力值。制作了一個跨度12m、肋徑0.8m的低壓氣肋和一個跨度6m、肋徑0.12m的高壓氣肋模型,進行了荷載試驗,并將豎向承載力計算值與試驗值進行了對比。結果表明:理論計算值與試驗值吻合較好。文中工作對氣肋設計具有重要指導作用。

Experiments and analysis of the bearing capacity of air-inflated arch

Abstract: The theoretic formulae and stress are proposed for the Air-Inflated Arch after inflating, then the mechanical theory are used for the calculation of the bearing capacity of the low pressure and high pressure arch, at the same time, the vertical bearing capacity of different span, different pressure and different radius are got. A 12.0m span, 0.8m diameter and a 6.0m span, 0.12m diameter of air-inflated arch were made, and the loading test was carried, the bearing capacity was surveyed. The analytical results are close to the experiments. The research is proved to be much valuable for the practical design of air-inflated arch.
