[摘要] 對株洲體育中心工程大跨度、形狀復(fù)雜的雨篷結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與荷載規(guī)范取值進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性和安全性分析。通過方案比較和分析,對雨篷主體結(jié)構(gòu)選擇較經(jīng)濟(jì)、易施工的焊接球空間網(wǎng)架形式,并對復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的支座節(jié)點(diǎn)和支撐柱進(jìn)行合理的布置和設(shè)計(jì),如采用支座群嵌固解決很不規(guī)則網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的傾覆力和扭曲力問題,采用鋼管混凝土疊合斜柱、鋼管混凝土長柱以解決奇形柱的受力和變形問題。經(jīng)過建成后一段時期的正常使用過程,工程的雨篷網(wǎng)架及下部承力結(jié)構(gòu)不僅滿足設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求,還具有較好的設(shè)計(jì)合理性和經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。

Canopy structural design and analysis of Zhuzhou Sports Center

Abstract: It makes an analysis of economic reasonability and safety of results of wind tunnel experiment and the load value of canopy structure with super-span and complex shape of Zhuzhou Sports Center project. Through comparing and analyzing the schemes, choose a more economical and easy construction of the welding ball stereoscopic latticed framed form for the main structure of canopy structure, and for the complexity of the bearing structure ofjoints and support column well-justified layout and design, such as the use of support group fix solve the irregular of latticed framed structure and the overturning force and the distorted force problem, the use of inclined composite concrete-filled steel tube columns, composite concrete-filled steel tube long columns to resolve the irregular shape columns of the problem of force and deformation. After the normal service period, it shows. that the latticed framed structure for canopy and the supporting structure below of this project not only meet the requirements of design rules, but also has better design reasonability and economiceffect.
