［提要］基于不同類型工程實(shí)例的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，對(duì)《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ3—2002)有關(guān)短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)內(nèi)容的規(guī)定進(jìn)行了細(xì)化。在其它各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范的前提條件下,建議對(duì)小高層建筑(總高度不大于45m)，取短肢剪力墻承受的底層傾覆力矩不大于底層總傾覆力矩70％為宜；對(duì)總高度大于45m的高層建筑，該項(xiàng)指標(biāo)仍維持《高規(guī)》規(guī)定，即短肢墻承受的底層傾覆力矩不宜大于總底層傾覆力矩50％。最后，針對(duì)短肢墻較多的結(jié)構(gòu)，提出了設(shè)計(jì)建議。

Abstract: Based on the statistic different engineering,the further detail about shortpier shear wall structure system section in Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building(JGJ3—2002)is discussed. Under the condition that all indices satisfied the code, it is suggested that the proportion of bottom overturning moment for shortpier shear wall shouldn"t exceed 70% of the total for small tall building (less than 45m of total height ) and it should be less than 50% of it for middle and tall building(more than 45m of it ). In conclusion, the proposals are given and referred.
