（中冶賽迪上海工程技術(shù)有限公司，上海200940）[摘要] 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)圓筒型儲(chǔ)罐是一種典型的薄壁結(jié)構(gòu)。隨著儲(chǔ)罐的日益大型化，其安全性越發(fā)重要。本文以某浮置于基礎(chǔ)上的5000m3圓筒型鋼儲(chǔ)罐為例，通過有限元計(jì)算，分析了帶肋球殼拱頂儲(chǔ)罐在荷載作用下罐體的變形及應(yīng)力情況，研究了罐壁開孔附近應(yīng)力集中的情況，以及罐頂與罐壁連接部位在不同的連接構(gòu)造下的應(yīng)力特點(diǎn)?？蔀轭愃其摻Y(jié)構(gòu)儲(chǔ)罐的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Now with tank's cubage increasingly, we should pay much more attention to the security of these structures; This study took a 5000m3 unanchored tank for instance, by finite element analysis, obtained the distributions of stress and displacement of the tank with arch nb roof under different load cases, studied stress concentrating near the holes, This study can supplied as a reference for other similar tanks design.
