[提要]通過對46種裙房偏置高層建筑結構水平地震扭轉計算及平面演變分析,尋找剛度分布和扭轉控制參數(shù)變化規(guī)律,指出結構平面中存在著受扭敏感區(qū)和質心區(qū),地震扭轉計算和抗扭控制的關鍵是調整受扭敏感區(qū)和質心區(qū)抗側力構件的剛度,使其在結構平面上達到合理分布。分析認為,宜在結構平面上大致劃分出受扭敏感區(qū)和質心區(qū),采取適當?shù)脑黾涌古偠鹊臉嬙齑胧?,根?jù)彈塑性時程分析結果提高結構的抗扭性能。

Abstract:By the means of earthquake torsion computation and the dimensional evolution analysis on the level of organization of 46 types of the offset podium of the higrise texture, it tries to find out the regular variation of the distribution of the rigidity and the torsion parameter control.The result indicates that the torsion sensitive area and centroid area exist on the surface of the texture and the key point of the earthquake torsion computation.The torsion resistance control is regulating the rigidity of the lateral force resistance member of the torsion sensitive area and centroid area.The rigidity can be distributed on the surface of the texture reasonably. According to that, some advice on design are given.
