(煤炭工業(yè)濟(jì)南設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,濟(jì)南250031)[摘要] 受混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖平面整體表示方法的啟發(fā),對(duì)鋼井架設(shè)計(jì)方法嘗試改革創(chuàng)新,首次提出采用“平法”概念設(shè)計(jì)鋼井架,可節(jié)省圖紙工作量60%左右,大幅提高設(shè)計(jì)效率:使井架設(shè)計(jì)主要工作放在優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),而不是繪圖上,有利于規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)行為,提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。

(Coal Industry Jinan Design & Research Co., Ltd., Jinan 250031, China)Abstract: Inspired by the overall expression of the concrete structure working drawings, the design methods for steel headframe is tried to reform and innovate. The conceptual design of steel headframe using 'plane method' is proposed for the first time. The workload of the drawings can be saved about 60%, and design efficiency can be improved significantly. So the main job of headframe design is to optimize the design, rather than drawing. This will help to standardize the design of behavior and improve design quality.
