(寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司，上海200431)[摘要] 對一起設備基礎(chǔ)預埋螺栓疲勞破壞事故進行分析。描述了結(jié)構(gòu)破壞的特點，闡述了疲勞破壞的典型表現(xiàn)，并將破壞理論與結(jié)構(gòu)實際表現(xiàn)進行了印證，從結(jié)構(gòu)運行方式分析了疲勞作用的產(chǎn)生，詳細剖析了事故原因。探討結(jié)構(gòu)工程中的人為缺陷問題，提出事故結(jié)構(gòu)的改進修復方案。

The structure break character and the standard behave of high cycle fatigue is expounded fully. These characters are proved by the theory of fatigue ofmetals. The course of fatigue ofmetals is explained form running ofthe equipment. The reason ofthe structure accident is construed. The problem of man made error is brought forward too. Base on that, the repair project of the accident structure is drawn.
