(天津大學建筑工程學院，天津300072)[摘要] 指出了現(xiàn)有雙向受彎外露式剛接柱腳錨栓設計方法在理論、精度及合理性方面的問題，提出了基于平截面假定的雙向偏壓柱腳錨栓的直接設計方法，推導了計算公式，可供工程設計參考使用。

(School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072)Abstract: Problems in theory, precision and rationality about design method of anchor bolts of open rigid column base connection subjected to combined axial force and biaxial bending moment which is used now are pointed out. A new direct design method based on assumption of plane section was presented and calculation formula was deduced, which can be used as reference to design.
