Abstract: A rapid and efficient method of inspecting bridge structures after an earthquake is presented  The Post Earthquake Investigation System is composed of evaluation index and corresponding weight, determining of the assessment results, appropriate posting actions and recommendations. Based on the investigation system, a decision support software is developed from the expert opinions of the authors.
