[摘要] 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋火災(zāi)后鑒定是一個(gè)新課題，目前尚沒有火災(zāi)鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，結(jié)合某鑒定實(shí)例，圍繞火災(zāi)鑒定的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵，闡述了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)鑒定的調(diào)查、檢測(cè)、分析和災(zāi)損程度的評(píng)定。具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性，可供類似工程參考。

Abstract: The safety appraisal about steel structure building after Fire is a new problem, so up to now there is no appraisal code about it. Conceming three important keys about fire appraisal, the investigation, tested, analysis and assessment about an engineering example is introduced in this paper. The practical experience can provide reference advice for correlative projects.
