(蘇州市房屋安全鑒定管理處，蘇州215002)[摘要] 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋火災(zāi)后鑒定是一個新課題，目前尚沒有火災(zāi)鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，結(jié)合某鑒定實例，圍繞火災(zāi)鑒定的三個關(guān)鍵，闡述了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)鑒定的調(diào)查、檢測、分析和災(zāi)損程度的評定。具有較強的實用性，可供類似工程參考。

Conceming three important keys about fire appraisal, the investigation, tested, analysis and assessment about an engineering example is introduced in this paper. The practical experience can provide reference advice for correlative projects.
