[摘要] 用改進(jìn)的AHP方法確定既有建筑加固方案的權(quán)重系數(shù),可以一次得到權(quán)重值,且不需要進(jìn)行一致性檢驗(yàn),避免了調(diào)整判斷矩陣的盲目性。通過系統(tǒng)聚類分析法對群決策中的專家進(jìn)行了分類,并以此為依據(jù),給各位專家賦予了一定的權(quán)重,調(diào)整了專家認(rèn)識事物的不一致性,用科學(xué)的方法來確定既有建筑加固方案的優(yōu)選。

Abstract: An improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is provided to optimize strengthening method for existing structures. The weigh of different method can be calculated by the improved AHP method without adjustment of  judge matrixes. Moreover, experts in group decision-making are classified by cluster analysis method. Based on one's class, each expert is given a certain weight, which can eliminate the inconsistency among the experts. With the improved method, strengthening method can be reasonably selected in a more scientific way.
