(西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院，西安710055)[摘要] 簡要介紹了某混合結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的質(zhì)量檢測內(nèi)容，依據(jù)有關(guān)資料和規(guī)程，對房屋進行抗震鑒定，并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場檢測情況和該建筑的特點提出加固措施，以提高房屋抗震性能，保證房屋安全使用。通過工程實例，可供處理同類工程結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量問題時參考。
