[摘要] 西單大悅城工程為一大型公建項(xiàng)目，結(jié)構(gòu)體系為混凝土框架．剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。在主體結(jié)構(gòu)旖工完成后項(xiàng)目竣工前，由于業(yè)主方對(duì)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)定位及使用功能改變，相應(yīng)外立面、建筑功能以及使用荷載均發(fā)生非常大的變化，相應(yīng)帶來(lái)結(jié)構(gòu)主體、局部的多處加固改造。本文對(duì)該項(xiàng)目有關(guān)加固改造部位的實(shí)際情況、要求以及采取的相應(yīng)加固改造手段等做簡(jiǎn)要闡述，以供同類設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Abstract: Xidan Mall is a large public building,   and the system of structure is frame-shear structure.Before the closeout of this project, extensive alterations were made on the external surfaces, architectural functions, and the load due to changes required by the owner to enhance marketability and functionality. Accordingly, the structural elements have been reinforced or reconstructedo This paper briefly introduces how Xidan Mallis strengthened, which is the reference for later similar public building and strengthening.
