（北京天鴻圓方建筑設計有限責任公司，北京1 00062）[摘要] 西單大悅城工程為一大型公建項目，結構體系為混凝土框架．剪力墻結構。在主體結構旖工完成后項目竣工前，由于業(yè)主方對項目的市場定位及使用功能改變，相應外立面、建筑功能以及使用荷載均發(fā)生非常大的變化，相應帶來結構主體、局部的多處加固改造。本文對該項目有關加固改造部位的實際情況、要求以及采取的相應加固改造手段等做簡要闡述，以供同類設計參考。
