(總裝備部工程設(shè)計研究總院,北京100028)[摘要] 本文闡述了沿海重要區(qū)域單體結(jié)構(gòu)的臺風(fēng)破壞形式,并綜合對比目前防臺風(fēng)保護(hù)措施的優(yōu)缺點,為單體結(jié)構(gòu)防臺風(fēng)設(shè)計提供技術(shù)參考。采用數(shù)值風(fēng)洞和脈動風(fēng)模擬技術(shù)展開防臺風(fēng)技術(shù)研究,可以直觀再現(xiàn)破壞過程,得到有效的參考數(shù)據(jù)。針對重要區(qū)域開展輔助決策系統(tǒng)研究,可提高災(zāi)害預(yù)見性,提前緊急部署,緊急救援,增強防臺抗災(zāi)能力。

It offered the reference for the single structure design in the circumstance of typhoon, with the contrast to the protecting measures of typhoon. The method of numerical wind tunnel and the simulation of the pulsant wind can show the destructive process and give the effective data. The research of assistant decision-making system can advance the ability of defending typhoon.
