[摘要] 汶川8.0級(jí)大地震宏觀震中地震烈度高達(dá)6度，造成大量房屋結(jié)構(gòu)破壞和倒塌，本文對(duì)震中區(qū)以及周邊高烈度區(qū)內(nèi)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)和磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的城鎮(zhèn)房屋典型震害現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和研究，對(duì)這些結(jié)構(gòu)類型房屋的工程基本信息、震害特征和房屋受損情況進(jìn)行了簡要描述，對(duì)房屋的震損安全進(jìn)行了鑒定，并從抗震措施方面提出了加強(qiáng)這些房屋的加固措施及其建議，相關(guān)的內(nèi)容可作為相同類別的房屋震損安全鑒定及其加固提供很好的參考。

Damage investigahon and example analysis of two type building structures after Wenchuan Earthquake

Abstract: Macroseismic epicenter intensity of M8.0 Wenchuan Earthquake is 6. A great lot of buildirtgs are damaged and collapse. In this paper, the building damages in cities and towns, located inhigher intensities areas, are investigated and analyzed. The basic condition of structures, the characteristics of earthquake damage at the same time, some damage characteristics and earthquake resistant problems are briefly discussed.
