(華南理工大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,廣州510640)[摘要] 根據(jù)地震時(shí)建筑物內(nèi)人員的逃生自救途徑分析并結(jié)合汶川震害情況,指出對民用建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)要保證強(qiáng)震時(shí)室內(nèi)臨時(shí)避難空間以及逃生通道沿途的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件和非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件不受損壞或只受到輕微損壞,提出了對民用建筑第三水準(zhǔn)抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)的補(bǔ)充要求以及相應(yīng)的地震逃生保障設(shè)計(jì)措施。

The author suggests that seismic design for civil buildings must ensure that the structural and non-structural elements along the interior passage-way and the temporary space for refuge must be unbroken or broken lightly when the strong earthquak happening; Also presents some additional terms for the goal on the third level about the seismic design of civil buildings, and some corresponding design means for. protection of escape.
