(北京三茂建筑工程檢測鑒定有限公司,北京100873)[摘要] 本文對一棟鋼筋混凝土框架上部支承24個罐體的工業(yè)建筑在汶川地震中的破壞進行了調(diào)查,分析了維護墻體和罐體基座混凝土開裂的原因。對考慮罐體(設(shè)備和液體總重480t)和底部單層框架結(jié)構(gòu)組成的復(fù)雜空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系進行了地震作用分析,探討了空罐和滿罐情況下的地震反應(yīng)特點。提出了該工程滿足6~a17度抗震設(shè)防要求時的抗震加固建議。

(Beijing Sanmao Test & Appraisal of Construction Engineering Co., Ltd, Beijing 100873, China)Abstract: An investigation on the damage of an industrial building of 24 tank bodies upperly supported on the reinforced concrete frame in Wenchuan Earthquake was made in this paper, and the cracking causes of maintairing walls and base concrete of tank body were analyzed. The analysis of complicated spatial structural system made up by tank bodies considered (with 480t of total weight of equipment and liquid) and single frame structure at the bottom was made under seismic action, and the characteristics of earthquake responses were studied under the conditions of empty-tank and full-tank The seismic strengthening suggestions were proposed for this project with meeting the requirement of seismic fortification intensity 6 and 7.
