（中國建筑北京設(shè)計研究院有限公司建筑事業(yè)部·沈陽，沈陽110034）[摘要] 高層住宅中出現(xiàn)了翼緣長度不足的剪力墻和一字型剪力墻，本文從滿足墻體穩(wěn)定時的容許承載力設(shè)計值及其軸壓比入手，提出了通過在墻體兩端設(shè)置型鋼進而提高剪力墻延性的設(shè)計思路。
