[摘要] 工程由4座高層建筑及圍合在中間的純地下車(chē)庫(kù)組成，其中兩座為原有建筑，改造后與新建兩座建筑融為一體使用，差異沉降受到嚴(yán)格控制，介紹了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中緊靠原樓基礎(chǔ)的樁基處理，高層框支轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的使用，滿足建筑功能的要求。

Abstract: The project is composed of four tall buildings and a pure underground garage enclosed by them. After renovation, the two existing buildings are utilized together with the two new buildings, and then settlement difference is strictly controlled. This article aims to introduce the solution of pile foundation which is close to the existing foundations in foundation design, and the use of transfer structures in tall buildings in order to fulfill the architectural function.
