（1華潤置地（北京）股份有限公司，北京100035; 2 中國航空工業(yè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京100011)[摘要] 本工程屬于帶大底盤多塔樓體型復(fù)雜、平立面不規(guī)則的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，根據(jù)業(yè)主對建筑功能及分期建設(shè)的需求，地上部分塔樓與裙房間設(shè)置防震縫，形成各自較規(guī)則的抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)單元。文章就地基處理及抗浮方案、主體結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算、抗震措施等作簡要介紹。對類似工程有一定的參考作用。

According to the owner's request on building function and construction progress, seismic joints are set between the towers and the podium to make each one remain a separate structural unit. This article gives a brief introduction of the selection of ground treatment and floating treatment, the selection of main structural style and integral structural analysis, and gives a reference value for similar projects.
