(香港華藝設(shè)計(jì)顧問(深圳)有限公司,深圳518031)[摘要] 以??谑心扯鄬咏ㄖY(jié)構(gòu)為背景,首先提出了等剪重比結(jié)構(gòu)的概念,指出高烈度區(qū)多層建筑具有等剪重比的特點(diǎn),接著對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的三個(gè)方案從滿足建筑功能需求情況、主要計(jì)算指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等方面進(jìn)行了比較,提出了依據(jù)場(chǎng)地安評(píng)報(bào)告進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),按照大于場(chǎng)地安評(píng)報(bào)告的規(guī)范提供參數(shù)進(jìn)行框架柱設(shè)計(jì)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)新思路,靜力彈塑性分析結(jié)果表明按照該思路設(shè)計(jì)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。

And the point is presented that the multi-storey building in high intensity area has equivalent shear-weight ratio. Then from the point of satisfying the architectural function requirement, main computation indexes, and economic indexes, three design schemes are compared and the new design way for frame structures that the global design is carried out according to the safety evaluation report, and the frame column is designed according to the parameters provided in codes. The static elastic-plastic analysis show that the frame structure designed according to the way in this paper has good seismic performance.
