上海寶礦國際廣場扭轉(zhuǎn)風荷載分析及結(jié)構(gòu)抗風設(shè)計探討

[摘要] 高層建筑扭轉(zhuǎn)風荷載是一個常常受忽視的因素,截面形狀、周圍建筑干擾度對扭轉(zhuǎn)風荷載產(chǎn)生影響。針對上海寶礦國際廣場辦公樓平行四邊形截面的超高層建筑,采用數(shù)值模擬和風洞試驗方法,對該高層建筑的扭轉(zhuǎn)風荷載進行詳細的研究,分析得知平行四邊形截面形狀在一些風向下產(chǎn)生的扭轉(zhuǎn)偏心率超過0. 25,周圍建筑物的干擾會嚴重影響扭轉(zhuǎn)風荷載的大小,因此抗風設(shè)計應(yīng)考慮風的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)。

Wind - induced Torsion and its Structure Wind - resistant Design on Shanghai BM Building Plaza

Abstract: Wind - induced torsions on the tall buildings are always neglected in the structural design.  They are affected by the section shapes and interference effect. This paper studied the wind - induced torsions on the tall buildings with parallelogram sections in detail by the high - resolution numerical simulation method and wind tunnel test. This study shows the normalized eccentricity of torsional moment could be above 0.25. The interference effect could also increase the torsional moment.  So for the tall buildings with parallelogram cross - section the torsional wind loads should be considered in the structural design.
