【提要】 北京銀泰中心工程為一特大型綜合性項(xiàng)目,各建筑部分置于同一筏形基礎(chǔ)底盤上,結(jié)構(gòu)超高、荷載大而分布極不均勻。從基礎(chǔ)選型、筏板設(shè)計(jì)、樁基計(jì)算、基礎(chǔ)抗浮與沉降、樁基檢測(cè)等各方面,全面介紹北京銀泰中心樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì),闡述了樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的思路,分析了此類基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)。

Abstract:Beijing Yintai center project is a super large scale complex project. All parts of the building,super high,with large and uniform distribution load,are based on the same raft foundation. The pileraft design is introduced including foundation selection,raft design,pile foundation calculation,foundation antifloat and settlement,pile foundation check etc. The design concept of pileraft foundation and measures are given which should be paid attention in the design of this type of foundation.
