【提要】  北京銀泰中心工程為一特大型綜合性項(xiàng)目，各建筑部分置于同一筏形基礎(chǔ)底盤上，結(jié)構(gòu)超高、荷載大而分布極不均勻。從基礎(chǔ)選型、筏板設(shè)計(jì)、樁基計(jì)算、基礎(chǔ)抗浮與沉降、樁基檢測(cè)等各方面，全面介紹北京銀泰中心樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)，闡述了樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的思路，分析了此類基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)。

Abstract:Beijing Yintai center project is a super large scale complex project. All parts of the building，super high，with large and uniform distribution load，are based on the same raft foundation. The pileraft design is introduced including foundation selection，raft design，pile foundation calculation，foundation antifloat and settlement，pile foundation check etc. The design concept of pileraft foundation and measures are given which should be paid attention in the design of this type of foundation.
