(北京市勘察設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,北京100022)[摘要] 濕陷性黃土地區(qū)地基與基礎(chǔ)的變形控制問題是這一地區(qū)高層建筑地基與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問題之一。以變形控制設(shè)計(jì)的地基處理方法是保證工程安全、滿足規(guī)范及優(yōu)化地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的新理念。根據(jù)地基與基礎(chǔ)的共同作用分析原理,采用SFIA系統(tǒng),通過對蘭州石化總醫(yī)院醫(yī)療綜合樓換填、分區(qū)加固等地基處理后的變形分析,建議了濕陷性黃土地區(qū)地基處理與基礎(chǔ)變形控制設(shè)計(jì)的一般工程實(shí)踐方法:以地基處理方法提高地基承載力、減小地基沉降量及消除黃土的濕陷性;根據(jù)地基與基礎(chǔ)共同作用計(jì)算分析地基處理后基礎(chǔ)的沉降和差異沉降,必要時實(shí)施變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)的地基處理方案。

The method that the subsoil treatment and foundation design according to the settlement request is a new and rational innovation to satisfy code's requirements, insure building safety, and optimize design. Based on the theory of subsoil and foundation interaction analysis, the SFIA soft, developed by the BGI Engineering Consultants LTD, has been employed to calculate the settlement of the medical-technique integrated building of Lanzhou Petrochemical General Hospital, which subsoil of the building was treated by the methods of cushion and strengthening and so on. Based on the calculated results, a new practical method for subsoil treatment and settlement control on collapsible loess of foundation design is introduced. In order to improve the bearing capacity of ground, reduce settlement and differential settlements, and loess on eliminating collapsibility, the foundation treatment method is indispensable. According to the results of subsoil and foundation interaction analysis, if necessary, the variable rigidity design method for balance settlement should be adopted.
