(江西省土木建筑設(shè)計(jì)院,南昌330038)[摘要] 本文通過對(duì)一個(gè)預(yù)成孔全夯樁復(fù)合樁基在高層建筑中的應(yīng)用實(shí)例,闡述了:1)一般人工挖孔樁的承載能力可以通過對(duì)預(yù)成孔進(jìn)行底部全夯達(dá)到極至。2)運(yùn)用以沉降控制為基礎(chǔ)的樁基設(shè)計(jì)理論,復(fù)合樁基不僅可以應(yīng)用于多層建筑而且可以應(yīng)用于小高層、高層建筑。

( Jiang Xi Urban Planning & Architectural Design Studio, Nanchang 330038, China)Abstract: This text tries to expound the following two points from the application of composite pile foundation of a pre -holed all-tamped pile:1) improvement of the bearing capacity of piles in general artificially excavated hole can be reached by entirely tamping its bottom. 2) Applying the pile foundation design theory on the basis of settlement control, the composite pile foundation can be applied not only to multi-storey building, but also to medium - rise and high - rise building.
