(1上海江歡成建筑設計有限公司,2上海現(xiàn)代建筑設計集團現(xiàn)代都市建筑設計院,上海200041)[摘要] 在土質(zhì)較硬的地區(qū)或者土層變化大,地質(zhì)情況復雜的地區(qū)常采用復合樁基,因樁基發(fā)生變形較小,因而地基土的承載力往往不能充分發(fā)揮,造成較大的浪費。本文提出了一種新型的空腔后填式樁土承載力調(diào)節(jié)裝置,能很好的解決這一類問題。該裝置將在廈門當代天境的超高層住宅項目中得以應用,并取得了很好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。推廣后能獲得巨大的經(jīng)濟效益。本裝置已申請發(fā)明專利。

New equipment named the Load Proportion Controller of Pile and Natural Base Foundation is introduced to control the load proportion of pile and the natural base foundation in this article. This controller is to be used in a high-rise residence building project named Dangdai Tianjing in Xiamen. This equipment will make a huge profit if it is widely used.
