南昌大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院新型逆作法設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐

[提要] 基于南昌大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院醫(yī)療中心大樓逆作法工程的成功實(shí)踐,介紹了新型逆作法結(jié)構(gòu)型式在江西地區(qū)的首次應(yīng)用。本工程采用全逆作法總體設(shè)計(jì)思路,地上地下結(jié)構(gòu)同步施工,在地下二層逆作施工同時(shí)完成地上十層結(jié)構(gòu)的施工。采用結(jié)構(gòu)梁板替代臨時(shí)水平支撐、結(jié)構(gòu)豎向構(gòu)件框架柱與臨時(shí)立柱相結(jié)合的一柱一樁豎向支撐、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用臨時(shí)圍護(hù)體的逆作法結(jié)構(gòu)型式。工程實(shí)施監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,地下結(jié)構(gòu)逆作施工對(duì)周邊環(huán)境影響較小,上部結(jié)構(gòu)沉降均勻穩(wěn)定。本工程新型逆作法設(shè)計(jì)取得了良好的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,為江西地區(qū)類似工程的設(shè)計(jì)提供了借鑒。

Practice and Design of New Top-down Method in the Project of Second Hospital of Nanchang Uruversity

Abstract: Basing on the successful application of the project of second affiliated hospital of Nanchang university, a new top-down design method was introduced on the base of success application in Jiangxi province firstly. The full top-down excavation method was used in the project, and ten floor structures were built at the process of excavation. The key design techniques of the new top-down method including:1)substituting level bracing system by basement slab; 2)combine the structure vertical supporting column with the temporary vertical shoring; 3)using the temporary fender cast-in place piles as exterior-protected construction in top-down excavation process etc. A series of new techniques, which including the profiled bar-concrete controlled bracing system substituting level bracing system by variable level basement roof slap, concrete ring beam on complex boundary condition, the top-down method of etc were first introduced and practiced in engineering originally. It is proved the new top-down method have a good economy effect and society effect. The method provides a new engineering design choice for the similar projects.
