強夯后地基沉降事故原因分析與處理

[摘要] 某港口單層鋼架結構倉庫,采用柱下獨立基礎,基礎設置于強夯處理后的較硬的淺層地基上且下部存在較厚的軟弱下臥層。由于堆載過大,地基產生較大沉降變形,造成基礎出現不均勻沉降。在對沉降原因詳細分析的基礎上,采用錨桿靜壓樁托換技術進行地基加固處理,在短期內對控制沉降變形取得明顯的效果。

Analysis of Causes of Dynamic Foundation Settlement Accident and Treatment

Abstract: One floor steel frame structure of a warehouse in a port, using square spread footing under the column, the foundation located on the shallow ground improved by dynamic consolidation and the thick weak underlying stratum existed at the bottom. Excessive accumulated loads caused large and asymmetric settlement of the foundation. On the basic of detailed analysis of the reasons for ground settlement, using underpinning of static - jacked anchor piles to improve the ground, obvious effect to control settlement deformation is achieved in a short time.
