[摘要] 某辦公樓因增層改造造成基礎(chǔ)梁承載力不足，采用體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固法對(duì)基礎(chǔ)梁進(jìn)行加固，使之滿足上部結(jié)構(gòu)增層改造的需要。本文介紹了體外預(yù)應(yīng)力法加固基礎(chǔ)梁的設(shè)計(jì)方法與構(gòu)造，可供類似工程參考。

    Strengthening Design of Foundation Beams with External Prestressing Tendons

Abstract: The foundation beams of an office building are lack of load carrying capacity because of adding floors, the capacity can be increased by external prestress strengthen method. This paper introduced the foundation beam strengthening design process of external prestress method and construction details, which can be referred by the similar projects.
