(中國建筑科學(xué)研究院建筑結(jié)構(gòu)研究所,北京100013)[摘要] 某辦公樓因增層改造造成基礎(chǔ)梁承載力不足,采用體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固法對(duì)基礎(chǔ)梁進(jìn)行加固,使之滿足上部結(jié)構(gòu)增層改造的需要。本文介紹了體外預(yù)應(yīng)力法加固基礎(chǔ)梁的設(shè)計(jì)方法與構(gòu)造,可供類似工程參考。

This paper introduced the foundation beam strengthening design process of external prestress method and construction details, which can be referred by the similar projects.
