(現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)代都市建筑設(shè)計(jì)院上海200041)[摘要] 通過(guò)分析結(jié)構(gòu)部分抗震(抗側(cè))體系的樓板平面剛度及抗震(抗側(cè))性能,論證了一多層板-柱結(jié)構(gòu)舊倉(cāng)庫(kù)按局部加固或局部重建進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建的可行性。并通過(guò)改擴(kuò)建設(shè)計(jì)中合理選擇豎向荷載的傳遞,使加固工作量進(jìn)一步減少和集中。

( Xiandai Architectural Design Crou PUD Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai 200041)Abstract: studied the rigidity of floor slab and seismic property of a partial strengthened slab-column structure which is an old storehouse, to get the feasible conclusion that the partial strengthened or rebuilt structure could satisfy the present Chinese codes and specifications. And the strengthening work could be further concentrated and excluded by skillfully organizing some upper structures to transfer the vertical loads to designated lower columns.
