(總裝備部工程設(shè)計研究總院，北京100028)[摘要] 東部華僑城旅游標志性項目大俠谷瀑布，首創(chuàng)在分別投入使用若干年后經(jīng)兩次加固改造，分別改變其使用功能，由構(gòu)筑物改造為辦公樓再改為五星級特色酒店，滿足了業(yè)主需求，實現(xiàn)了建筑項目利益最大化。本文介紹了兩次加固改造、結(jié)構(gòu)檢測的過程；結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震驗算分析；植筋、粘鋼、板梁切割等措施在加固改造工程中的應(yīng)用。

The two changes is structure to office building to five star hotel. This article introduce the technical measure of overall analysis, examinationg, bonded streel, cutting slab during the twice rebuilding.
