（中國建筑科學研究院結(jié)構(gòu)所，北京100013）[摘要] 結(jié)合某體療樓框架結(jié)構(gòu)加層加固設(shè)計及施工中遇到的具體問題，對由建筑功能改變引起的梁板承載力不足和因加層導致的柱下獨立基礎(chǔ)配筋不足進行了加固處理。介紹了設(shè)計中考慮的結(jié)構(gòu)措施及采取的施工措施，一些成功的經(jīng)驗可以在今后類似的結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計中借鑒和應用。

( China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: Based on some specific questions on strengthening design and construction of a sanitaria building, various strengthening methods were explored to deal with the bearing capacity deficiency of slab and beam for varying architectural function and the reinforcing bars deficiency of isolated foundations for addition storey. The structural and construction measurements are introduced. Some successful experience may be referred in similar structural strengthening design.
