(遼寧省建筑設(shè)計研究院,沈陽110005)[摘要] 沈陽市政府大樓增層設(shè)計研究包括增層方案的比較、利用摩擦阻尼器對原三層現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震加固設(shè)計、兩榀1:3比例模型的擬動力試驗、增二層現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、增層地基承載力驗算、地基變形計算分析。本文可為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震加固和增層設(shè)計提供參考。

( Liaoning Provincial Building Design & Research Institute, Shenyang 110005 , China)Abstract: The design and research of increasing floor of the government building in Shenyang include the comparison of increasing floor programs, the reinforcing design using friction dampers on the original three - story frame structure, the two 1:3 scale models of the pseudo - dynamic test, the design of the frame structure which increased two floors, checking the bearing capacity of foundation soil, calculating the settlement of foundation. The article provides the excellent example for the seismic reinforcing and the increasing floor design of frame structures.
