(現(xiàn)代設(shè)計集團(tuán)現(xiàn)代都市建筑設(shè)計院，上海200041)[摘要] 采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計理念和方法，針對上海世博園區(qū)某老廠房增層改造，介紹工程抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確定、增層改造及加固設(shè)計方案比較、選擇，討論加固結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及施工中一些難點問題的處理方法，如新老結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點處理，原結(jié)構(gòu)加固方法的選用，原結(jié)構(gòu)拆除方案等，供類似工程參考。

( Xiandai Architectural Design Group UD Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: The performance-based design method is used to guarantee the reliability of the seismic design for an adding-story and reconstruction of an old industrial building in World Expo Park. The paper introduces the seismic fortification criterion and the scheme comparison on adding-story and reconstruction design procedure, and discusses the processing method for some difficulty of strengthening design and construction, such as, joints of framework design between new and old structure, choice of strengthening method and demolition scheme of existing structure.
