(1臺(tái)灣逢甲大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)系;2成都安固建筑技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司; 3臺(tái)灣逢甲大學(xué)土木及水利工程研究所)[摘要] 隔震系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與運(yùn)用在近年來已漸漸成為地震工程中的熱門領(lǐng)域。在本研究中,提出了名為復(fù)擺隔震器的新型隔震系統(tǒng),此隔震系統(tǒng)在構(gòu)造上具有兩個(gè)滑動(dòng)曲面,因此隔震周期與位移容量更優(yōu)于ZAYAS博士所發(fā)明的傳統(tǒng)摩擦單擺隔震器者。除此之外,本研究亦提出了具有耐磨性及耐壓性的新型鐵氟龍披鍍材料,由組件測(cè)試可知,新型鐵氟龍披鍍材料除了具有高度非線性力學(xué)行為外,其耐磨性及耐壓性皆可獲得相當(dāng)程度之保證。為了驗(yàn)證本隔震器之防震效益,本研究亦于臺(tái)灣地震工程研究中心進(jìn)行三層樓鋼構(gòu)架加裝復(fù)擺隔震器之振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示除了遠(yuǎn)斷層地震波之外,本隔震器在近斷層地震波以及軟弱地盤地震作用下皆可以發(fā)揮良好的防震效果。

(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Feng Chia University; 2 Cheng-Du Anchors Corp;3 Institute of Civil&Hydraulic Engineering, Feng Chia University)Abstract: In this study,a new base isolator called as Multiple Friction Pendulum System( MFPS) has been proposed. The lubricant material, articulated slider and doubled concave sliding interfaces of MFPS are quite different from that proposed by V.Zayas in 1987. The results from component tests of Teflon composite show that the proposed material possesses not only highly nonlinear behavior but also excellent durability. In order to verify the efficiency of the proposed isolator, the 3~dimensional shaking table tests of a full scale steel structure were performed at National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering in Taiwan. It is revealed from the experimental results that the MFPS isolators can mitigate the seismic response of the superstructure under near field ground motions and earthquakes with long predominant periods.
