鋼筋混凝土框剪結(jié)構(gòu)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加層抗震性能分析

[摘要] 采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加層后,結(jié)構(gòu)的整體質(zhì)量、剛度、周期、阻尼比等都發(fā)生較大的變化。僅對(duì)加層部分結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析是不安全的,應(yīng)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)的整體分析。本文采用有限元軟件MIDAS,對(duì)某八層鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)頂部加四層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能進(jìn)行了反應(yīng)譜分析和時(shí)程分析。計(jì)算可見(jiàn)建筑物剛度突變的樓層為薄弱層,需特別重視;應(yīng)注意地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能分析。由于加層后結(jié)構(gòu)周期加長(zhǎng),整體結(jié)構(gòu)的底層層剪力變化較小。而且加層設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行抗震加固驗(yàn)算,并結(jié)合實(shí)際工程的需要進(jìn)行整體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震加固設(shè)計(jì)。

Seismic Behavior Analysis of the Integral Structure after Adding Steel Storeys on Top of the Concrete Frame

Abstract: Significant differences are occured in the mass, stiffness, period and damp ratio after adding steel storeys on top of the original building. It is necessary to analyze the integral structure due to the unreliability of calculating the adding storeys independently. It camed on response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis after adding four-storey steel on the top of the original eight-storey concrete frame by finite element analysis( FEA)  software MIDAS.  Analysis results indicate that the stories with sudden change in structural stiffness show less resistance againt the earthquake and they require special attention in design.  Under earthquakes, the analysis to determine the integrated performance of the structure is necessary. The result presents that the total bottom shear force of the structure is varied inconspicuously as the result of the elongation of the period; Meanwhile the checking of seismic reinforcement and the design of the dissipative system are necessitated according to the specific conditions of the engineering cases.
