【提要】 通過不同溫度條件下(常溫~100℃)的芳綸纖維布配套樹脂類粘結(jié)材料與鋼板、混凝土之間正拉粘結(jié)強度試驗和芳綸纖維布加固素混凝土梁的受彎試驗,研究了環(huán)境溫度對AFRP布配套粘結(jié)材料的力學(xué)性能和界面粘結(jié)性能的影響。試驗分析表明,當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度≤70℃時,AFRP布的配套樹脂膠與鋼板之間的粘結(jié)強度不會發(fā)生軟化現(xiàn)象;當(dāng)溫度≤60℃時,AFRP布的配套樹脂膠與底膠的粘結(jié)強度不會發(fā)生軟化現(xiàn)象。

Abstract:The experimental studies on the tensile adhesive strength between adhesives for aramid fiber reinforced plastic (AFRP) sheets and steel plate and between the adhesives and concrete are carried out at different temperatures (room temperature~100℃). The flexural experiment of strengthening concrete beams with AFRP sheet is carried out at different temperatures. The test results show that when the temperature is lower than 70℃,the adhesive strength between adhesives for AFRP sheets and steel plate won"t come into softening;when the temperature is lower than 60℃,the adhesive strength between adhesives for AFRP sheets and concrete won"t come into softening.
