用符合抗震概念設(shè)計要求的方法解決高層建筑扭轉(zhuǎn)周期比超限問題

[摘要] 通過工程實例對扭轉(zhuǎn)周期比超限的高層建筑進(jìn)行具體分析,找出結(jié)構(gòu)抗震薄弱部位,采用局部加強(qiáng)抗震措施且符合抗震概念設(shè)計要求的方法提高結(jié)構(gòu)整體抵抗扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)的能力。探討既符合國家工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)又相對簡單、合理、可靠的辦法解決目前高層建筑中日漸增多的扭轉(zhuǎn)周期比超限或結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗扭剛度不足的問題。最后,提出相關(guān)建議。

Abstract: The tall building that torsional period ratio exceeded limit value is analyzed by an example of engineering, find out weak part in the structure, the method accord with seismic concept design be used to increase capacity of anti-torsion for integral structure through reinforce partial structural member. According with the criterion of engineering construction to probe into the ways which simply. rationally and reliably to solve the common problem of tall buildings that torsional period ratio exceeded limit value. Lastly, put forward some proposal.
