[摘要] 采用性能設(shè)計(jì)的概念和準(zhǔn)則，依據(jù)對(duì)廣電中心裙房C“超限”審查意見，對(duì)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)工程的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的定量計(jì)算分析，介紹了在罕遇地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)的適用方法。
