(1 山東恒信建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,濟(jì)南250100; 2 山東大衛(wèi)國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,濟(jì)南250002)[摘要] 青島財(cái)富大廈是一座復(fù)雜的超限高層建筑。設(shè)計(jì)除利用SATWE程序及ETABS和ANSYS有限元分析程序,進(jìn)行彈性和彈塑性計(jì)算分析外,還對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力彈塑性分析( Pushover Analysis)。研究表明,靜力彈塑性分析方法在超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,由于受高振型的影響,理論上會(huì)存在一定的誤差,但是通過Pushover分析,可以幫助我們從宏觀上發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震作用下的破壞機(jī)制,從而對(duì)可能存在的薄弱部位進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng),提高結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度。

(1 Shandong Hengxin Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Jinan 250100, China; 2 Shandong Dawei International Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Jinan 250002, China)Abstract: To investigate the seismic behavior of an out of code high-rise structure, Qingdao Fortune building, Pushover analysis was conducted combined with the elastic and elastic-plastic analysis by using SATWE program and FEM software, ETABS and ANSYS. The results show that, while the elastic plastic analysis does not fully agree with the result from theoretical valuation due to the existence of high order mode shape, the push-over analysis is effective in analyzing failure mechanism and predicting the weakest links of out of code high-rise structure under strong earthquake. Proper detailing can then be carried out to enhance the weakest link in design.
