(北京三茂建筑工程檢測鑒定有限公司，北京100873)[摘要] 本文總結(jié)分析抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)展，探討我國現(xiàn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和建筑抗震設(shè)防分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在不同重要性類別建筑的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面存在的問題，提出了應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善我國甲類、乙類和丁類建筑抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的必要性和可行性；探討了乙類建筑中地震時功能不能中斷或需盡快恢復(fù)的生命線相關(guān)建筑以及和人員集中的建筑在抗震功能上的差異，從既經(jīng)濟(jì)又安全的抗震設(shè)防原則出發(fā)對乙類建筑又給予了細(xì)分；運(yùn)用概率分析的方法給出了不同重要性類別建筑的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The problems are explored at level in different categories of importance building in code for seismic design of buildings and standard for classification of seismic protection of building constructions. Further consummate the necessity and feasibility for our country the class A,the class B and Ding Lei constructs seismic fortification goal and the standard are proposed. The differences in the class B construction when the seismic function cannot interrupt the life linear dependence construction which as well as with the personnel centralized construction or must restore as soon as possible in the seismic function has discussed and the safe seismic fortification principle embarked from both the economy to the class B construction has given the segmentation. The different important category construction earthquake resistance fortification goal and the standard has given using the probability analysis method.
