[摘要] 進(jìn)行了7根采用HRB500級(jí)鋼筋作為非預(yù)應(yīng)力筋、鋼絞線作為預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的混凝土梁在豎向荷載作用下的受力性能試驗(yàn)，對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁中HRB500級(jí)鋼筋和鋼絞線應(yīng)力、混凝土應(yīng)變以及裂縫和剛度變化的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明采用HRB500級(jí)鋼筋作為非預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁工作性能良好，提出了HRB500級(jí)鋼筋在預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁中抗拉設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值以及HRB500級(jí)鋼筋部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁設(shè)計(jì)方法的建議，為HRB500級(jí)鋼筋在預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用提供了參考依據(jù)。

Experimental Study on Flexural Behavior of Prestressed Concrete Beams Using the HRB500 Steel Bars as Nonprestressed Reinforcement

Abstract: Based on the test results of 7 prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement under flexure, the stress of nonprestressed reinforcement and prestressed strand, the strain of concrete, the rigidity and cracking resistance of the prestressed beams under loading are discussed and analyzed. The results show that the flexural behavior of the prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement is satisfied, the design value for tensile strength of HRB500 steel bars, and the design method of the prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement are suggested. This may be as a reference for future revision of the Chinese Design Code to use the HRB500 steel bars in prestressed concrete beams.
