[摘要] 通過工程實(shí)例討論了火災(zāi)后鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測鑒定方法。介紹了火災(zāi)溫度的估計方法,火災(zāi)對鋼材性能、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的影響,以及火災(zāi)對高強(qiáng)螺栓性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)場檢測可以根據(jù)鋼材表面特征定性判斷材料強(qiáng)度損失,但要精確估計火災(zāi)后鋼材的殘余強(qiáng)度宜進(jìn)行材料試驗。另外,高強(qiáng)螺栓連接性能應(yīng)引起評估人員關(guān)注。檢測試驗結(jié)果及安全性評估結(jié)論可供類似工程參考。

Introduced estimation methods of fire temperature, influence of steel capability and structural components, as well as the capability of high-strength bolts after fire. Test results show that existing calculation methods can not be used to estimate the residual strength of steel after fire exactly. Even though the strength loss can be judged through the appearance of the steel after fire, it is the best way to estimate the strength of steel after fire by test. Besides, behavior of high-strength bolts must be taken into account in the judgment on steel structures after fire.
